Renaissance is the cultural festival of
MJC. This is part of MJC initiative to strengthen different dimensions of the
personality of the children. This gives opportunity
to the MJC students to have experience in managing large events and to interact with students from other educational institutions.
This year Renaissance was held on 23rd
and 24th of January 2014. Renaissance 13 was only for college
students. Renaissance 14 was extended to
school students also.
The first day was exclusively for school students and the
second day was for college students.
For the Inter- School Event (Renaissance 14 - Junior) we had participation of 260 Students from 13 Schools. Dr Job Memorial Rolling Trophy for the
Overall Championship was bagged by SSVM
World School,Vellalore, Coimbatore.
For Inter-College Event (Renaissance 14 - Senior) we had participation of 111 students from 18 Colleges. Dr Job Memorial Rolling Trophy for the Overall Championship was bagged by Angappa College of Arts and Science, Coimbatore.
